We’re hiring multiple full-time Land Agents (5–10 total) to support a major long-term transmission line project in southeastern Wisconsin, focused on electrical infrastructure. With multiple routes, this is a critical project requiring experienced professionals who can represent the client in the field with confidence and professionalism.
Proven experience in transmission or utility-scale land acquisition
Must have an active LLC and reliable transportation
Per diem is available; local and regional agents strongly preferred
Local and out-of-state agents will be considered, but we’re prioritizing those within a reasonable travel range. Per diem is available, and agents should expect to be in the field approximately 75% of the time.
Ability to travel extensively within the project area
Familiarity with Wisconsin landowner expectations and permitting processes is a plus
