Réaliser des réparations des joint de colle qui maintiennent les composants en fibre de verre
Réaliser des réparations de bords d'attaque et de fuite (leading edge et trailing edge) de la pale, incluant l’érosion, les fissures ou les ouvertures.
Réaliser des réparations internes et externes dans les zones non structurelles et structurelles de la pale, incluant les réparations de bord d’attaques et de fuites (leading edge et trailing edge) les réparations des couches de verre UD, le remplacement de balsa/ foam, les réparations du web (ossature) et du pied du web.
Réaliser une consolidation sous vide sur les réparations composites.
Disposer d’un permis de conduire Classe 5 ou équivalent

CONDITIONS SALARIALES AVANTAGEUSES (40h minimum garanties par semaine selon types de chantiers, temps supplémentaire, per diem, salaire compétitif)
Rédiger des rapports de réparation et d’inspection quotidiennement
ESPRIT D’ÉQUIPE (équipe dynamique et expérimentée)
Appliquer des procédures de travail strictes
Certification IRATA un atout (contacte nous pour t'inscrire à l’une de nos formations IRATA)
Communiquer quotidiennement avec ses superviseurs
Disponible pour partir en déplacement à travers le Québec et le Canada (travail en rotation, exemple : 5 semaines de travail / 1 semaine de repos)
Volonté d'apprendre et de s'améliorer
Autres atouts : ASP Construction, expérience de travail sur une plateforme Kaeufer, Formation PDQ/Sauvetage Tractel.
Permis de travail au Canada obligatoire le cas échéant
ENCADREMENT SÉCURITAIRE (une priorité)
Expérience minimale de 3 ans en réparations composite de pales éoliennes. (Cat 4-5)
