Solid understanding of construction terminology and fabrication processes
Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills

3D rendering skills in Rhino or similar software are a strong plus
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
Must be available to work in person three days per week
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
Knowledge of ADA compliance and relevant building codes related to experiential graphic design, signage, and wayfinding
Ability to produce design intent drawings, including fabrication methods and material specifications
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Experience Design, Architecture, or a related field
Experience with construction administration, including shop drawing reviews, punch walks is a plus
A minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience in experiential graphic design, signage and wayfinding, or a related field
