In this role you will manage civil engineering activities, reporting to senior members of the Civil Engineering Group and supporting projects from inception to completion. You will ensure that deliverables meet programme schedules, quality standards and budget constraints, while liaising with design and construction teams.
The ideal candidate holds a first degree in Civil Engineering, has 1–3 years of experience in groundworks, drainage and highway design, and understands industry guidelines such as Sewer Sector Guidance, Building Regulations, DMRB and NPPF. Proficiency with analysis and design software (e.g., Causeway Flow/Windes MicroDrainage, Civil 3D, AutoCAD) and the ability to produce written reports are essential, alongside strong communication, teamwork and a self‑starter attitude.
