Develops R&D and manufacturing of vehicle and energy‑storage lithium‑ion batteries and BMS solutions
1. Demand Management: Collect, analyze, assess, and make necessary correctives to customer demands. Facilitate cross-departmental communication and alignment.
2. Order Execution: Receive, review, and confirm customer orders; issue internal execution instructions.
4. Production and Sales Management: Balance demand and supply to identify optimal solutions.
5. Account Management: Execute reconciliation, invoicing, and payment collection in accordance with contracts.
3. Delivery Plan: Organize evaluation and confirmation of delivery plans; monitor and ensure plan implementation.
6. Process and System Development: Identify and streamline business process rules. Develop and implement enhancement plans to ensure compliance and process integrity.

2. Bachelor’s degree or above. Fluent in English as a working languages. Majors in International Trade, Finance, Accounting preferred. Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
1. Over 5 years of working experience in the automotive or battery energy storage system(BESS) or battery industry, familiar with business practices and systemic processes of American customers. Demonstrated team management and coordination skills, and controlling execution risk.
