Maintain and service ATS/MTS equipment and backup generators.
Perform regular preventive maintenance (PM), including scans and inspections of all electrical systems.
Manage electrical supply and material inventories for repairs and projects.
Coordinate with outside contractors on equipment service and repairs.
Troubleshoot and repair power interruptions, outages, and lighting issues.
Support electrical projects, including permitted work and inspections.
Provide temporary power for events—handling setup, monitoring, and breakdown per manufacturer guidelines.
Support property and facilities-related work across campus—we work as one team.
Partner with the Lead Campus Electrician to maintain all campus electrical systems, including lighting, emergency lighting, lighting controls, and backup power.

Proficiency with PCs, tablets, Energy Management Systems (EMS), building automation, and fire alarm systems.
Vocational/technical training certificate or college degree in a related field required.
Minimum 2 years of related work experience in a commercial property setting (or equivalent education/experience).
Journeyman level license or above is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated leadership ability.
Must meet health and physical qualifications for the role.
