The ideal candidate possesses a high school diploma or GED, is at least 18 years old, holds a valid driver’s license, and demonstrates strong communication, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills. Physical capabilities include lifting up to 50 lb, occasional climbing on ladders rated for 300 lb, and maintaining auditory and visual acuity.
