Description

You will manage the completion of RFP submissions, overseeing the end‑to‑end pitch lifecycle from pre‑sales research and scoping to drafting baseline and second‑level responses. You will coordinate bid presentations with business stakeholders and the Graphic Design team, update proposal baselines, and maintain the bid repository. Additionally, you will develop and continuously improve proposal materials on our platform, ensure accuracy, and collaborate with the Design team to produce JLL‑branded proposals while upholding quality standards and SLA metrics.

• Manage end‑to‑end RFP lifecycle, achieving up to 80% completion based on complexity.
• Conduct pre‑sales research and lead scoping workshops to define deliverables, timelines, and value propositions.
• Draft, edit, and rewrite baseline and second‑level RFP responses, including executive summaries.
• Coordinate bid presentations with business stakeholders and the Graphic Design team.
• Update proposal baselines with new content and maintain the bid repository.
• Develop and maintain proposal materials on the platform, ensuring accuracy and currency.
• Collaborate with the Design team to create JLL‑branded proposals, presentations, and templates.
• Uphold quality standards, meet SLA metrics, and drive process improvements with the Proposal Centre of Excellence.
• Work on‑site in Gurugram, India, with a 40‑hour weekly schedule.

Requirements

The role requires exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication, strong copywriting and editing abilities, and meticulous attention to detail. You must possess strong influencing and stakeholder‑management skills, be a self‑starter with robust project‑management capabilities, and be able to balance multiple projects under tight deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required, and design/formatting skills are a plus.

Strong stakeholder management and virtual relationship‑building abilities are essential. The position is on‑site in Gurugram, India, with a 40‑hour weekly schedule.
