- Ensure safety of personnel, equipment, and environment while following plant policies.
- Operate plant equipment, conduct proactive monitoring and rounds, and communicate shift handovers.
- Prepare equipment for maintenance using lock‑out/tag‑out procedures.
- Issue safe work permits within the operating environment.
- Respond to plant upsets with timely process adjustments to meet output targets.
- Log deficiencies and create work orders in the maintenance management system.
- Apply strong troubleshooting skills and a safety‑first mindset during process deviations.
