Monitor process adherence and service performance through audits, field validations, and data analysis.
Serve as a SAP functional expert for EI Service Operations processes, including master data integrity, workflow improvements, and enhancement requests.
Facilitate adoption of new or updated processes through training, communication, and change management activities
Partner with SIS and other departments to design, test, and deploy system changes, manage UATs, and train users.
