-Manages planning and preparation of project administrative and technical documents as required for completions, -Establish means and methods for integration between new and existing systems. -Establish and facilitate integration engagements such as meeting and workshops as necessary for effective system integration -Participate in reviews, HAZIDs, HAZOPS, Interdiscplinary Design reviews and reviews relevant to integration. -Review contractor submissions -Coordinate with stakeholders including existing operations, contractors and third parties in all aspects relating to integration of assets. -Develop and manage processes and procedures for effective management of integration of systems. -Develop and use reporting tools to monitor contractors integration deliverables -Manage integration requirements so that they are identified and captured earlier and incorporated into project requirements and placed in the relevant contracts.
-Experience with engaging with multiple entities with respect to managing system integration. -Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience -Experience in design, construction and operation of systems in major projects -Strong experience of systems engineering on a large infrastructure project. -Strong experience of Technical Risk Assessments on a large infrastructure project and assist in the management of the projects Risk Register. -Experience in management of self-perform engineering for major design/build Projects, engineering/procurement/construction (EPC) or Architectural/Engineering (A/E). -Proficiency in the use of applicable computer programs including the Microsoft Office suite and Power BI -Skilled in working and communicating effectively, both orally and in writing, with other project functional groups. Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
