Plan, execute and attend on-campus and virtual events

Experience designing internship or university partnership programs
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business or Human Resources or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
Experience executing events and employer branding specific to early careers
Travel about 20% annually, with a heavier travel focus in the Fall season
Background in technical recruiting a plus
Previous university or campus recruiting experience in addition to working with faculty and career services to develop partnership is a plus
Strong project management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
