• Managing resource planning and succession.
• Assisting the Market Lead with pragmatic people management and encouraging collaboration.
• Promoting a culture of safety by engaging in leadership activities, such as safety walks and incident reporting.
• Leading significant projects and supporting successful project bids to strengthen our structural presence in South Australia.
• Ensuring compliance with systems, procedures, and required training.

Requirements

• Chartered Engineer with a degree in civil/structural/mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Commercially aware with the ability to successfully lead structural and multidisciplinary complex projects through all phases whilst managing and developing strong client relationships.
• Possess a high level of design creativity with the ability to develop technically robust structural concepts whilst maintaining a strong focus on the design intent.
