What you would be doing
sds lookup
equipment cleaning
equipment reporting

Help teammates with jam ups, crashes, spilled or dumped units, and other tasks
Locate SDS information when working with chemicals
Clean machinery, floors, tools, carts, and common areas daily
Work cooperatively with management and co-workers to achieve all safety, quality, and production goals set for the work environment
Complete "Take 10" safety reviews before performing unfamiliar tasks
Understand the Sortline process, including grades, sizes, lengths, species, and quality
Remove snow and ice from traveled areas when the facilities department is not able to
Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and Lock Out Tag Out protocols
Communicate effectively with operators, including using correct radio channels
Report equipment issues to maintenance with clear, specific problem descriptions
Dispose of waste and empty garbage bins
Ensure machinery is shut down at the end of each shift and that cleaning is completed daily

Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and follow directions
