Participate in safety orientations, site tours, and project meetings.
Shadow and collaborate with senior staff to gain exposure to industry best practices and EAS’s modular solutions.
Conduct research, collect data, and prepare reports or presentations to support team initiatives.
Complete an end-of-program project or presentation summarizing learnings and contributions.
Assist assigned department (Engineering, Safety, HR, Finance, or Operations) with daily tasks and ongoing projects.
Contribute ideas for process improvements, innovation, or efficiency.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CAD/Revit or similar tools a plus for technical internships.
