Ensure that key customers and field teams are kept informed on outstanding issues and recommends system enhancements, upgrades, or repairs.

Communicate technical information to technical/non-technical stakeholders including senior leadership.
Assist the field to deliver quick efficient service to the end users.
Maintain effective communications with key customers and field team members to ensure product enhancements/improvements are complete and accurate.

Ability to lead and motivate teams.
Experience in dealing with a number of simultaneous challenges, requiring knowledge of many different disciplines.
High School Diploma or GED
