Develop and review site work plans that define sampling/boring locations, equipment, subcontractors, and safety requirements.
Serve as Principal for environmental assessment and remediation projects, ensuring all work meets ECS QA/QC and Principal Review policies.
Maintain and expand client relationships through responsive communication, technical excellence, and proactive problem-solving.
Actively mentor junior and mid-level staff, providing guidance and training to support their professional growth and technical development.
Coordinate with other ECS service lines to ensure multidisciplinary collaboration and compliance with regulatory and constructability considerations.
Supervise and review underground storage tank (UST) assessments, ensuring work is performed by qualified, licensed professionals and meets ECS safety standards.
Host or attend client meetings to discuss project findings and recommendations, addressing follow-up questions and next steps.
Support multiple projects simultaneously, balancing technical leadership with strategic oversight.
Participate in marketing efforts, including client outreach and maintaining a strong client database.
Apply extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations to guide project decisions and ensure compliance.
Support senior staff with staffing decisions, workload balancing, and team development initiatives.
