Team Lead Intercompany

Description

This position reports to the Deputy Delivery Manager Intercompany. In this role you will drive accounts payable activities for the assigned organization, ensuring complete, accurate, and timely execution of transactions. You will also showcase expertise by maintaining compliance with internal guidelines, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.

• Ensure accurate processing of accounts payable transactions.
• Oversee and support month‑end closing, including account reconciliations and journal entry preparation for AP.
• Book monthly entries based on appropriate supporting documentation.
• Lead implementation of accounts payable solutions and generate performance, liability, and aging reports.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is deeply experienced in AP, AR, and P2P processes, particularly invoice posting and GRR reconciliation, with at least 13 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of managing teams of 20 or more. Strong proficiency with SAP ERP and other financial systems is required, as are excellent communication and leadership skills. A degree or Master’s in Finance or Accounting, fluency in English, and a valid work permit for India are also mandatory.

• Demonstrated expertise in invoice posting and GRR reconciliation.
• Strong proficiency with SAP ERP and other financial systems.
• Experience leading and managing a team of 20+ members.
• Hold a degree or Master’s in Finance/Accounting with deep knowledge of AP, AR, and P2P cycles.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively.
• Have a valid work permit for employment in India (Bangalore).
