- Undertaking CFR works (4 Stage Clearance testing) and must have a least 2 years' experience
- Ideally have CFR experience on Thermal Insulation/residues
- BOHS P403 & P404 qualifications (essential)
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Writing accurate, detailed reports in line with industry standards and legislation
- High attention to detail and a commitment to compliance
- Full UK driving licence
- Must be able to work weekends, usually 1 in every 2 weekends, may reduce with recruitment
- Accredited mental health first aiders for confidential support
- Minimal overnight stays and localised work wherever possible
