The Member Experience Associate is the first point of contact for Kiln members and guests, ensuring smooth space operations and a top‑tier member experience. This part‑time role (about 20 hours per week) supports the Community Director by managing daily operations, facilitating communication, and providing administrative assistance to help the community thrive.
Key objectives include embodying Kiln’s mission and values through exceptional service, building a welcoming and collaborative community environment, supporting operational cleanliness and functionality, and promoting Kiln’s services to drive member engagement.
