As Finance Operations Manager – Accounts Payable, you’ll oversee all aspects of the accounts payable function, leading a team of professionals to deliver a reliable, customer-focused, and compliant service. You’ll be the key organisational contact for internal and external stakeholders, driving process improvement, safeguarding financial integrity, and promoting excellence across the Finance Operational Hub.

- Streamline and modernise systems and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies, embedding strong controls to mitigate fraud and financial risk.
- Lead, develop, and motivate your team to achieve high performance and deliver exceptional service.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, resolving complex payment issues promptly and professionally.
- Champion NHG’s Better Together strategy through collaboration, innovation, and shared success.
- Lead and manage the accounts payable function, ensuring effective, accurate, and timely processing of payments.
- Promote NHG’s values and contribute to a culture of accountability, transparency, and empowerment.
- Deliver meaningful reporting and analysis to support financial decision-making and continuous performance improvement.

At Notting Hill Genesis (NHG), we’re looking for a talented Finance Operations Manager – Accounts Payable to lead a dynamic team responsible for ensuring our suppliers and partners are paid accurately and on time.

You’ll be passionate about service excellence, continuous improvement, and financial integrity.
- Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop teams to achieve shared goals.
- Proven experience in an accounts payable management role, ideally within a customer-focused environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations.
- Dependable – delivering consistent, reliable results.
- Advanced IT and systems skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Part/fully qualified CCAB (ACA, ACCA, CIPFA, or equivalent), or qualified by experience.

Salary: £53,462 – £59,403 per annum – 35 hours per week
