  • Provides support to senior management in the formulation and implementation of long-term business strategy.

  • Written and verbal communication and advocacy skills consistent with the ability to present results of projects and research to senior-level Corporate management, non-technical stakeholders or regulators
  • Evidence-Based Communication: Adept at constructing clear, rational arguments supported by data and research. Able to influence stakeholders through compelling, evidence-driven narratives.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics engineering or related degree and the knowledge/capabilities typically acquired through 5+ years of job-relevant experience.
  • Ability to build productive relationships and obtain results through the efforts of other individuals and teams.
  • Strategic Analytical Thinking: Analytical skills and ability to distill large volumes of information to support high-impact strategic plan development and executive decisions making

  • Ability to apply project planning and implementation and/or continuous improvement principles (typically acquired through several years of experience in these areas) to affect tangible, outcomes.
  • Well-developed organization and planning skills (typically acquired through at least 5 years of experience).
  • Analytical and problem solving skills consistent with the ability to identify key issues from a broad range of alternatives, and recommend optimal solutions for various situations.
  • Ability to build and analyze complex financial modeling data and develop optimal recommendations and solutions.
  • Educational Background: Holds a relevant graduate-level degree such as an MBA, with coursework or specialization in strategy, finance, economics, or public policy.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Strong ability to translate technical findings into accessible insights for non-technical audiences. Comfortable presenting to senior leadership, external regulators, and cross-functional teams.
  • Regulatory and rate case experience: Demonstrated experience navigating complex regulatory environments, including active participation in rate case proceedings and regulatory filings. Proven ability to interpret and apply regulatory frameworks to support business objectives.
