  • Review and refine security design standards for new IBX builds
  • Analyze operational data to identify risks, improve productivity, and enhance profitability
  • Supports and provides input/guidance on design engineering and project planning on new and expansion of IBX’s.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh insights to the team
  • Contributes and maintains alignment with national and regional executive stakeholders in relation to security systems and policy, strategic direction, and future business objectives.
  • Manages multiple tasks within cross-functional projects.
  • Resolve day-to-day security issues across multiple IBX sites
  • Provides drawing reviews of both internal and cross-functional designs.
  • Design and deliver security training programs across global sites
  • Identify stakeholder training needs and ensure consistent knowledge transfer
  • Recommends alterations to design, development, implementation, and analysis to improve quality of products, new technologies, procedures, and/or efficiencies.
  • Provide hands-on support for security systems and installation efforts
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, track action items, and drive accountability
  • Conduct SPOF and End-of-Life reviews, site physicals, and remediation planning

  • Proficiency in Bluebeam and major security system platforms
  • Strong communication, documentation, and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in security systems and vendor management, or 8+ years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of physical security projects — from budgeting and scheduling to execution and reporting
  • Proven data center experience, including equipment installation, large-scale cabling, and deployment of integrated security systems across hardware, software, and network infrastructure
  • PMP certification preferred
