The Senior Service Engineering professional works closely with customers and field teams, ensuring clear communication of technical findings to senior leadership while delivering advanced troubleshooting and product improvement recommendations.
Key duties involve supporting field personnel with complex equipment issues, performing high‑level diagnostics, preparing analytical reports, and acting as the subject‑matter expert for product knowledge. The role also manages gateway cases and ensures stakeholders are informed about outstanding issues and potential system enhancements.
- Assist field personnel with complex problems on light applied equipment.
- Diagnose faults and identify solutions for field teams.
- Provide technical support and answer gateway cases for CCS on light applied equipment.
- Respond quickly and professionally to gateway calls.
- Identify product issues and recommend enhancements or repairs.
- Prepare detailed diagnostic reports for senior leadership.
- Communicate technical information to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Maintain courteous, frequent contact with key customers and field teams.
- Act as subject‑matter expert for product knowledge.

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, have at least five years of HVAC experience, be proficient with Microsoft Office, and possess a clean, valid driver’s license. A bachelor's degree in a related engineering or construction discipline, extensive field experience, leadership ability, and strong problem‑solving and communication skills are preferred.
