Project Controls Manager

Description

The position leads the delivery of PMO and project‑controls services across assigned commissions, steering implementation, reporting and stakeholder engagement while supporting team development within the centre of excellence and aligning activities with Mace’s strategy and performance frameworks.

• Champion safety, quality, sustainability and team wellbeing.
• Direct PMO and project‑controls implementation, ensuring effective frameworks and stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee cost, schedule, risk and reporting to support long‑term strategic development.
• Mentor teams, foster knowledge sharing and drive resourcing and best‑practice innovation.
• Provide expert guidance on cost, schedule, risk and change management.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver performance reporting.
• Align delivery with the Mace control centre and promote sustainability.

This role offers the chance to work on the delivery of major sports stadiums and related projects in Saudi Arabia. Mace is currently delivering a programme that requires high‑caliber, experienced professionals to lead teams through each phase.

• Hold a relevant degree and be progressing toward chartership.
• Demonstrate proven experience delivering PMO and project‑controls on high‑value programmes.
• Possess strong knowledge of tools, techniques and sector practices.
• Exhibit excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Meet visa requirements for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant consultancy experience on large projects.
