You will assure employee safety in low, medium, and high voltage work environments by enforcing safety policies, delivering training, and acting as a safety liaison with customers. Additionally, you will recruit, assess talent gaps, provide training and development, and guide professional growth for technicians.
Acting as a sales and marketing liaison with the Sales Team, you will identify and develop new customers, stay current on local market trends, and meet top‑line sales objectives. You will develop forward‑looking profit plans and accurate monthly forecasts, manage procurement, cost control, subcontractor leverage, inventory, receivables, and project backlogs, and handle 24/7 escalation procedures, making sound business decisions when support functions are unavailable.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, possess a valid unrestricted driver’s license, and be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. A minimum of two years of supervisory experience, experience leading a remote team, and strong knowledge of uninterruptible power systems, control products, field service practices, and quality programs are required.
