Under the direction of the project foreman and manager, the employee will complete assigned tasks, keep tools and materials organized, maintain a clean work area, and follow all Brink and OSHA safety requirements. Timely reporting to job sites and proper handling of equipment are essential.
The position requires a current DOT physical and medical card, and is a non‑exempt hourly role that involves installations, alterations, additions, and repairs of electrical systems in the high‑voltage transmission and substation sector. It demands 100 % travel throughout the Midwest.
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, a Line School certificate or transcripts, a Department of Labor‑recognized Journeyman Lineworker certification (or equivalent hours), and at least four years of transmission construction experience. A valid driver’s license and a CDL A are also required.
