7+ years of progressive HR experience; at least 3 years’ experience in an industrial services business, ideally energy services.
PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Experience supporting distributed or remote teams.
Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
