- 3+ years supervisory experience, hiring, developing and retaining high‑performing teams
- HVAC, EPA and/or NAPE certification

- Basic carpentry, drywall, and painting abilities
- Experience with complex mechanical systems such as central plant, split systems, boilers and chillers

The salary range represents the low and high end of Klingbeil Capital Management's salary range for this position, and actual salaries may vary based on factors such as experience, education, location, and performance. This range is one component of the total compensation package, which may also include short‑term and long‑term incentives and region‑specific benefits.
