You excel in conflict resolution and are solution-oriented, with a strong understanding of technical issues, work processes, and site activities, while being a team player who can maintain focused teams.
As this position requires global travel to project sites, you are willing and able to work on a rotational basis, both onshore and offshore.
You are an experienced leader (f/m/x) with a background in large international manufacturing or industrial environments, possessing in-depth technical knowledge of wind turbine products.
Your extensive communication skills, both written and verbal, will be crucial for success in this role.
A proven electrical background, preferably supported at a degree level education.
With experience in the Offshore industry, you have a proven grasp of project site work processes and are EHS and Quality focused, capable of identifying risks proactively. You are experienced in QA, and EHS processes and reporting.
