Description

• Working closely with senior leadership to drive high service standards
• Monitoring financial performance and contributing to account profitability
• Overseeing operational performance and supporting on-site teams
• Managing and developing relationships with key customers
• Supporting audits, compliance activity, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Leading regular client meetings and acting as the main point of contact
• Ensuring contracts are delivered effectively and expectations are exceeded

Are you an experienced Account Manager, or a talented professional ready to take the next step into client management? We’re supporting a well-established, growing organisation in their search for a Key Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of key client accounts across Swansea and Cardiff.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-facing role, enjoys building long-term relationships, and is confident managing service delivery and commercial performance.

• Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
• Autonomy to manage your own accounts and build trusted partnerships
• Strong relationship-building skills and a professional, customer-centric approach
• Full UK driving licence
• Background in account management OR experience in a customer-focused/operational role with the ambition to step into account management
• Ability to travel across the Swansea & Cardiff regions
• Good financial awareness and ability to monitor KPIs

• £30,000- £35,000 per annum dependent on experience
