The coordinator works under the supervision of senior grants coordinators, planners, or engineers, performing a variety of technical and administrative duties to support grant‑related projects, including data collection, report preparation, and stakeholder communication.
- Collect and analyze technical data to support senior grant staff.
- Prepare computations, tabulations, graphs, and technical reports.
- Coordinate internal and external technical meetings and stakeholder correspondence.
- Advise stakeholders on grant rules, regulations, policies, and guidance.
- Review, record, and process incoming grant applications and related requests.
- Assist with grant writing, administration, cost estimating, and reimbursement documentation.
- Conduct site assessments and enter grant information into the system of record.
- Maintain and reconcile reporting documents, providing quality control reviews.
- Draft approval letters, fee proposals, scopes of work, and project specifications.
- Support preparation of proposals, presentations, and tracking of project submittals.
- Perform technical writing and provide database support, including document control and project logs.
- Prioritize tasks, plan work, and travel to project sites as required.
