- Supervise and lead the picking and packing team to ensure daily operational goals are met
- Assist in training and developing new team members
- Assist with order discrepancies
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure orders meet company standards
- Monitor and ensure the accurate picking, packing, and labeling of orders according to company procedures
- Maintain and update records of picked and packed orders, ensuring compliance with tracking systems

- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand, walk, or bend for long periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in a supervisory role
