  • Supervise and lead the picking and packing team to ensure daily operational goals are met
  • Assist in training and developing new team members

  • Basic knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS) is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to stand, walk, or bend for long periods
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in a supervisory role
