- Project management and leadership, strategic advice, and coordination of resources on a diverse range of projects in the water sector, including advanced water treatment and desalination plants, wastewater treatment, recycling, and waste-to-energy facilities.
- Delivery of technical reports, designs and specifications, client proposals and presentations
- Assisting the Business Group Leader and senior staff in identifying and realising business opportunities and setting future directions for the group
- Delivering various and significant Victorian, Australian and international water and wastewater treatment projects, by understanding clients’ needs, providing technical guidance and support to the project team for small, medium and large-scale projects (capex up to $500m)
- Assist in the development of other staff through mentoring, appropriate supervision, and training

- Experience in the development of engineering drawings, design reports, specifications and tender documentation for water or wastewater treatment infrastructure
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, coupled with 5 or more years of experience in chemical or mechanical engineering, including water or wastewater treatment, desalination, recycling or waste-to-energy projects
- Excellent listening and communication skills along with exceptional relationship and networking skills
- Willingness to contribute to and lead business development activities backed by an active professional network
- Project management or project support experience, together with a willingness and ability to mentor and provide direction to junior staff
