Monitor a broad range of communications and make scheduling determinations and recommendations to assigned senior Federal staff.
Facilitate staff on-boarding and offboarding activities.
Participate in and document meetings, conferences, etc.
Adhere to chain of command and supervisory directives
Report on progress to attain completion of issues tracked.
Consult with the PM if unsure on how to proceed.
Report to the PM update of all actions/ issues related to the office administration and site improvements maintenance needs.
Record and track internal actions and issues.
Adhere to all Lindal Reed and DOE, and DOE EMCBC policies, protocols and procedures.
Perform administrative functions of office by organizing office operations, controlling correspondence, supporting records management, and assigning and monitoring office functions.
Record and track actions and issues related to site maintenance and report to the Director of Environmental Programs, for resolution.
Maintain a professional demeanor while on site adhering to business guidelines and etiquette.
Notify immediately PM of any issues or concerns that require expedited resolution.
This position does not have authority to make business decisions on behalf of Lindal reed or ETA, cannot give orders/Task the ETA Team or allocate resources.
Copy (cc) the PM on all correspondence with vendors.

Knowledge of DOE-Environmental Management Department / Personnel
Experience supporting DOE Environmental Remediation Projects.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field from an accredited university for Level I and II.
Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience in general administrative and office experience and general office computer skills
Ability to work well with different personalities and customer types; ability to work well in a team setting and have the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously. Excellent organizational skills and the ability for follow-through.
