Support the team with other duties as needed to maintain resident satisfaction and property standards.
Assist with painting, carpet cleaning, and exterior touch-ups to meet market-ready standards.
Maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of the property, including grounds, parking lots, breezeways, amenities, and common areas .
Provide emergency and on-call maintenance support as needed.
Prepare vacant apartments for new residents by completing repairs, cleaning, and ensuring all features are in working order per our Total Quality Make Ready (TQMR) program.
Maintain inventory, report supply needs, and support the maintenance team with work orders and groundskeeping as needed.
Perform intermediate level maintenance tasks, including light fixture replacements, minor plumbing repairs, appliance checks, HVAC PM and drywall patching.

In this role, you will travel daily to one of the assigned communities within your region. This will typically not exceed a 25-mile radius of the designated primary location.
Prior experience in make-ready, maintenance, or related field.
Venterra certification of intermediate level plumbing, electrical, appliance and HVAC skills.
