Ensure compliance to established functional and organizational processes by team
Review and approve official expenses incurred by team members
Undertake specific projects as instructed by management
Develop, maintain team level competency matrix, plan functional trainings
Review and approve team members’ timesheet, prepare utilization reports
Responsible for delivering assignments / projects with required quality and within schedule and cost constraints
Support tendering activities by working on technical/functional part of proposals
Induct / train engineers into their roles
Review team members’ performance against individual job requirements and provide regular feedback as well as define/implement improvement plans for them as needed
Drive QMS (Quality Management System: Process approach, Continuous Improvement etc.) implementation within team/function, improve/maintain team level QMS implementation score
Prepare and share function level operation review reports and share with relevant stakeholders
