Fisher Associates is hiring a Survey Party Chief to lead field survey crews with a strong focus on safety, precision, and project efficiency. - Excel in the field, leading crews and solving challenges outdoors; expertise drives results.
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Associate’s Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Party Chief
- Proficiency with Leica GPS, scanning, and Total Station equipment (highly preferred)
- Demonstrated high‑quality work, critical thinking, and sound judgment in problem solving
- Ownership mindset, effective task prioritization, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Adaptability and proactiveness in meeting deliverables and deadlines
- Continuous improvement mindset and curiosity for better ways
- Constructive reception of feedback for growth
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and operate company vehicle
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and traverse uneven ground
- Work in physically challenging outdoor conditions in all weather
