Training of installers & superintendents to follow best installation practices; ensure that installers receive their training certification.
Finance and management, to solve customer’s material hardware take off discrepancies or additional requests, and continuously improve our processes and procedures
Ensure drawings, submittals and take-offs that are distributed to customers (i.e., general contractors and framers) are accurate, complete, and reflect the actual requirements of the project.
Complete and submit daily reports.
Visit job sites and coordinate material deliveries.
Plan and lead preconstruction meetings on contracted projects; create realistic and detailed schedules for design, production, shipping and installation.
