- Complying with Health and Safety requirements both on client site and company premises.
- Effectively prioritize tasks and manage workload under pressure.
- Exercising due care and attention when handling client property.
- Complete assigned DOC work at our clients' sites to the highest standards.
- Ensuring client sites are left secure.
- Carrying out the instructions of the Dublin Regional Manager, DOC Manager. Providing Cover to DOC sites as directed.
- Supervise and work with the DOC operations staff to ensure the completion of work satisfactorily.
- Work effectively as part of a team and confidently lead and supervise a crew on-site.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of any information discovered while on client site.
- Reporting client complaints, internal problems, and supplier problems to the relevant Manager - Bringing their training requirements to the attention of DOC Manager.
- Assist with delivery of products to site in emergencies.
- Carrying out any corrective actions required as a result of Internal Audits.

- Demonstrate strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Minimum of 2 years' industry experience is desirable.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of the industry is preferred.
- Hold a full, clean Irish driving licence.

- Show initiative and the ability to work independently when necessary.
- Be dependable, with consistent availability to support DOC operations as required.
