The Machine Operator/Trainee will learn to run wire‑mesh and wire‑welder machines while ensuring work areas meet ALARA standards for zero harm. Daily duties include practicing safe work habits, following PPE requirements, performing equipment inspections, assisting with repairs, recording production data, and supporting other operators as needed.

We seek motivated individuals ready to train as qualified machine operators at the Upper Sandusky, Ohio facility. Candidates should be dedicated, team‑oriented, and detail‑focused.
Required qualifications are a high‑school diploma or equivalent, successful completion of a 10‑panel drug screen and background check, membership in Teamsters Local Union No. 40, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift 50 lb regularly (up to 75 lb occasionally) and stand for extended periods.
Candidates must possess basic math and measurement skills, be able to read micrometers and tape measures, complete simple forms, follow written instructions, and have fundamental computer knowledge. Prior manufacturing experience, especially operating an overhead hoist or forklift, is preferred.
