

A leading provider of electrical products and solutions, specializing in lighting, consumer goods, and power systems.
To drive specific Key Accounts in Chennai and establish Bajaj offering as the most dependable, technically advanced yet competitive solution to address customer concern with value added service for long term benefits. This role is responsible to drive revenue from Key accounts.
3. Design engagement programs for strategic accounts involving different stake holders internally. 4. Creating marquee projects for the segment and motivating the other members in driving to create unique case studies with the completed projects – including customer testimonials etc.
9. Formulate core strategies from HPLS (High Potential Low Share) sub segments and drive it for all types of industries and indoor Lighting segment.
6. Ensuring accurate forecast and no addition in FG stocks
5. Forecasting from the funnel conversion to improve on the delivery timelines to support customer requirements
8. To get engage self in driving the signature range of products in BEL lighting product portfolio to create edge over competition.
7. Should be very strong in mapping of each segment /sub-segment to ensure reach/ extraction & building strong funnel pipeline to support rolling forecast in revenue generation for the segment assigned.
WORK EXPERIENCE
B.E/ BTech (Electrical) or MBA/ PGDM (Marketing)
At least 3 years of experience in Key Account role in the segment with experience in handling team/ complex projects
2. Frame strategies to increase share of wallet from assigned sub segments across geographies.
1. Should be strong in relation building with key stakeholders
8-12 years of experience in any industry handling electrical equipment (Most preferable – lighting, switchgear / cable / LT panel will be added advantage)
