The Divisional Director will lead the delivery of retail leasing, acquisitions, disposals and advisory services. They will manage and grow relationships with key clients, drive new business initiatives, and contribute to the strategic growth of the Retail service line. Additionally, they will mentor and support a team of surveyors and advisors, and collaborate with internal teams across Capital Markets, Valuation, and Advisory.

Candidates should have a minimum of eight years’ experience in the retail property sector with a strong track record in leasing and client delivery. Demonstrated leadership ability, experience managing or mentoring teams, and strong market knowledge of the Irish retail sector are essential. Preferred qualifications include MRICS/SCSI, and candidates must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills, along with a proactive, commercially‑minded attitude.
