- Proactively source and onboard new suppliers to strengthen the Rehire network.
- Work collaboratively with the Rehire team to improve response speed, accuracy, and service reliability.
- Administrative Compliance: Maintain 0 unconfirmed hires older than 1 working day.
- Maintain accurate records, supporting both depot teams and suppliers with efficient communication.
- Manage the quoting pipeline, ensuring pricing negotiations are competitive and customer focused.
- Act as one of the first points of contact for all depots for sourcing and pricing equipment from the Rehire network.
- Success Rate: Maintain a minimum of 50% success rate on sourcing and confirming hires, with a clear expectation to continuously improve this benchmark.
