Minimum five (5) years of experience designing, implementing, and managing multi-location, multi-platform corporate networks.
Demonstrated hands-on experience with Cisco networking equipment, SD_WAN, ISE, Umbrella, and phone systems.
Proven ability to proactively resolve complex performance issues with potential organizational impact.
Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP) preferred; advanced certifications a plus.
Expert knowledge across multiple network technologies and disciplines.
Travel of an occasional nature to and from group facilities is also to be expected under normal conditions, but majority of work should be accomplished remotely.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to effectively communicate with non-technical users.
