Act as the conduit of information and validation between consulting and internal functions in WoodMac
Managing the process for entry and maintenance of data in companies internal systems, ensuring the highest possible level of data accuracy through lead and project lifecycles Acting as an intermediary for all issues arising during the quote-to-cash process, communicating effectively with all parties involved (consultants, management, ops, legal, finance etc)
Acting as a natural first point of contact for all questions regarding systems, tools and processes
Providing additional ad-hoc support with projects as defined by management and global operations, working autonomously to manage processes from opportunity creation to project closure, giving direction to other team members as required and maintaining communications with all stakeholders
Acting as a first point of contact for new hires, supporting their integration into the team and introducing them to relevant processes and systems and where support is provided

Proficient in Microsoft office suite; specifically Excel, Sharepoint and Powerpoint
Attention to detail and data accuracy – ability to catch exceptions quickly and resolve
