Perform monthly reporting, performance analysis, and continuous improvement planning.
Develop and execute domestic transportation and logistics strategies that support business goals and future growth.
Inbound and outbound shipment scheduling
Ensure full compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Transit time reporting and updates
Communicate transportation processes, expectations, and performance clearly with Sales, Operations, Distribution, Customer Service, and other stakeholders.
Lead logistics operational planning across assigned brands, ensuring alignment with FBIN’s service and cost objectives.
TMS upkeep and related systems support
Own and manage a $50M+ domestic transportation budget.
Identify process gaps and lead improvements to drive efficiency, automation, and service reliability.
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of logistics professionals, building bench strength and developing future leaders.
Manage all aspects of domestic transportation, including:
Collaborate across Warehouse, Demand Planning, Sourcing, and Customer Service to ensure strong supply chain alignment.
Monitor carrier KPIs; maintain parcel and trucking contracts; support Sourcing with RFP events to secure competitive rates and service.

Minimum 8 years of transportation/logistics experience with increasing responsibility.
Proven ability to develop, track, and report KPIs.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize efforts.
Strong understanding of transportation, warehousing, demand planning, and related supply chain functions.
Ability to cope with ambiguity and problem solve.
Ability to travel domestically.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related business field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
At least 3 years of leadership experience.
Ability to make independent decisions based on sound rationale and alignment with FBIN’s operational standards and goals.
Experience with TMS (MercuryGate or Oracle OTM) and ERP systems (Oracle or SAP).
Strong analytical and communication skills.
