The Business Development Manager – Commercial & Multi‑Unit Renovation Projects will create a consistent pipeline of renovation projects for Ideal Siding franchisees across Canada and the United States by identifying, initiating, and nurturing partnerships with key stakeholders such as property managers, general contractors, developers, real‑estate agencies, restoration companies, and building owners.
- Identify and target strategic partners in commercial and multi‑unit renovation sectors.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with property managers, contractors, developers, and real‑estate groups.
- Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements to generate ongoing project referrals.
- Develop and execute outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, trade events) to source B2B leads.
- Coordinate with franchise partners to match projects with appropriate local teams and track deal‑flow metrics.
- Research market trends and geographic opportunities to inform marketing and franchising strategies.
- Represent Ideal Siding at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.

- Demonstrate strong facilitation, group coaching, communication, and emotional‑intelligence skills.
- Experience in construction, home services, or operationally complex businesses is preferred.
- Ability to travel 15‑25% of the time across Canada and the United States.
