- Support 5–6 Project Managers across design and construction phases.
- Develop, implement, and maintain cost reports, cash flows, and forecasts.
- Provide timely updates to cost reports and project forecasts.
- Perform quality checks on all project controls deliverables.
- Align project schedules with financial data.
- Integrate schedule and project data in Excel using formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
- Analyze project controls reports, present findings, and recommend actions.
- Track budgets against purchase orders and subcontracts.
- Review change orders for accuracy and alignment.
- Manage and integrate data across multiple programs.
- Serve as technical liaison for APMs, PMs, Lead Engineers, and construction staff.
- Support continuous improvement of project controls processes and reporting quality.
- Purpose-driven work delivering critical energy infrastructure.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 4+ years experience in project controls, cost controls, or project finance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and make timely decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency; SAP experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
- Strong reputation with leading utilities.
