- Collaborate with the planning team to ensure purchase order coverage and manage the forward and backward process for manufacturing components.
- Drive supplier execution, coordinate meetings, and verify supplier status.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely part delivery and resolve any issues related to supply chain disruptions.
- Comply with ITAR regulations and support UAV component manufacturing.
- Work with CNC machine parts, PCBas, and handle complex Bill of Materials (BOMs).
- Develop and manage key deliverables within a six-month timeframe.

- A self-starter and self-motivated individual capable of managing tasks independently.
- Experience in the aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing industries.
- Familiarity with AS9100 standards.
- Experience with scalable autonomous equipment and defense technology.
- Experience with PCBas, CNC machine parts, and ITAR compliance.
- Proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite or Oracle.
- Strong understanding of complex BOMs and manufacturing processes.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a Buyer/Planner role in a manufacturing or production environment.
